All Oxford city offices, except for emergency services, will be closed on Thanksgiving, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27.

Most banks will also be closed on Thanksgiving, although ATM machines will be in operation. 

Rumpke Waste services will be operating as usual, with no delays in trash pick-up.
