The Oxford Masonic Lodge sponsored a charity car and bike show June 17 to help pay for a new playground at Kramer Elementary. 

Through local businesses, private donations and Oxford Lodge No. 67, brothers raised $38,000 for the new playground. 

The car show raised $10k, but the Masons added $28k, for a total of $38k, to build the new playground.

To celebrate the 200th anniversary of Masons, the Mayor of Oxford proclaimed June 17 as Oxford Masonic Day.
