McGuffey House and Museum hosts a panel discussing native plants at 3 p.m. April 4 at the Richard and Carole Cocks Art Museum.

The panel features Megan Croswell, a Miami University horticulturist, Richard Munson, the former director of the Conservatory at Miami’s Hamilton campus, and Gwen Pietzuch, the president of the Des Fleurs Garden Club.

They will answer questions about plants including varieties of plants, where to find plants and strategies for planting.

The event is free and open to the public.
