Oxford Community Arts Center (OCAC) signed a 25-year lease renewal with Miami. The lease will extend into 2052. 

The new lease will begin once the current 50-year lease ends in 2027. Users of the 30 studios within the building include the Grace School of Dance, Art Shop Art Collective and Oxford Area Community Theatre. Partners, including University Performing Arts Series, Des Fleurs Garden Club, Empty Bowls Oxford, and the Daughters of the American Revolution Caroline Scott Chapter, will also have continued use of the 173-year-old building.

OCAC pays only $10 a year to Miami for the lease. In exchange, OCAC is responsible for maintenance and improvements.
