The Oxford Community Arts Center will show the movie “The Man Who Invented Christmas” at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2.

“The Man Who Invented Christmas” is a magical journey, telling the creation of Ebenezer Scrooge, Tiny Tim and other classic characters from “A Christmas Carol.” It mixes author Charles Dickens’ real-life inspirations with his vivid imagination. 

The movie is free and runs for 1 hour 44 minutes.
