A variety of holiday musical events are being held around town this coming week.

The A Cappella Winter Concert will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, in Hall Auditorium, 101 S Campus Ave. Enjoy holiday music and arrangements performed by Miami’s a cappella groups. 

Open Fifth, The Miami Misfitz, Just Duet, Miami University Treblemakers and Soul 2 Soul will all perform at the concert. Each group will perform a collection of songs and arrangements to help everyone get in the holiday spirit. 

Tickets are available for purchase both online and at the door. Advance purchased tickets are $5 and will be $8 at the door. Miami is a cashless campus and will only accept debit or credit cards or Miami MUlaa.

The Miami University Men’s Glee Club will perform a selection of holiday music, 3 p.m., Tuesday,  Dec. 7, in the Art Museum Auditorium, 801 S. Patterson Ave. 

The Annual December Holiday Gathering and Sing Along will begin with the traditional singing of carols. George Beverly, Class of 70, will be the accompanist for the show. 

After the completion of the concert, audience members will be welcome to share their favorite holiday traditions or family artifacts. 

The event is open to the public and masks are required.
