Hamilton’s Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park and Museum reopened its gallery space April 7 with the exhibit “Mounds, Moon, and Stars” about the stories of the Hopewell people behind the Newark Earthworks. The exhibit will be open from noon until 5 p.m. daily until July 28.
Museum visitors can attend a talk by the exhibit’s curators at a formal opening and reception on Sunday, April 21, at 1 p.m., included in entry fees.
The exhibit marks a new chapter for the gallery area at Pyramid Hill, which underwent renovations to better display temporary exhibits and host rental events. The space had previously been home to the Ancient Sculpture Museum, which now lives in Pyramid Hill’s Pyramid House.
