May 13 marks Miami’s 184th spring graduation

Miami University graduation ceremonies will take place the weekend of May 13 at several locations on campus. 

The 184th Spring Commencement is 10:30 a.m. May 13 at Yager Stadium. The ceremony will last approximately 90 to 120 minutes. Tickets are not required. The commencement speaker will be alumna Nicole Fleetwood, class of 1994 and author of “Marking Time: Art in the Age of Mass Incarceration.” 

On May 13, the College of Engineering and Computing commencement will be at 4 p.m. in Goggin Ice Center and the College of Arts and Science commencement will be at 4 p.m. in Millett Assembly Hall. 

On May 14, the College of Education, Health and Society commencement will be at 9:30 a.m. in Millett;  the College of Creative Arts commencement will be at 10 a.m. in Goggin; the Farmer School of Business commencement will be at 2 p.m. in Millett; and College of Liberal Arts and Applied Science commencement will be at 3 p.m. in Goggin.

Parking will be free everywhere on campus from 7 a.m. May 12 until 2 a.m. May 15.
