Since March 30, Butler County General Health reviewed 21 Oxford eateries and found critical violations at three. The establishments cited with critical health violations include:

• Starbucks Coffee, 201 Talawanda Road, inspected March 30, received one critical citation for having a low water sanitization temperature.

• Martin Dining Center, 5397 Bonham Road, inspected March 30, received one critical citation for an insufficient air gap between the flood rim and water supply inlet. The violation was corrected at the time of the inspection.

• Garden Commons, 95 N Patterson Drive, inspected March 30, received three critical and three non-critical citations. The critical citations include an insufficient air gap between the flood rim and water supply inlet, unclean food contact surfaces and having sanitizing solution at the incorrect concentration. The latter was corrected at the time of the inspection.
