Miami Athletics’ RedHawks Virtual 5K and Fun Run is being held through Aug. 9.

The virtual run can be completed at any location and any time during the event period. You can complete the race inside your home on the treadmill, or you can go outside and practice safe social distancing by walking, jogging, running, or even swim or rollerblade the distance on your own route. The virtual race is just 3.1 miles and also is a family-friendly event!

Registration for the event is open now until Aug. 9. A $40 registration fee entitles participants to an official race T-shirt, a print-at-home racer’s bib, a ticket voucher for a 2020 home Miami football game and a print-at-home finisher’s certificate. The first 100 $40 registrants also receive a Love & Honor shirt from Miami Athletics.

A second option is a $15 registration fee which includes the print-at-home bib and certificate only.
