The Oxford Community Arts Center will unveil its monthly gallery exhibit at 6 p.m. July 14. A reception will be followed by a performance at 7:30 p.m. by Golden Goldner. The admission-free event is part of OCAC’s “2nd Friday” series, which features local artists and musicians.
Golden Goldner is a local band that dabbles in blues, jazz, rock-a-billy and gospel music, according to a news release. The band features vocalist and harmonicist Tim Goldner, bassist Mike Barrett, drummer Dave Mackey and guitarist Bill Littleford. Audience members are encouraged to bring chairs for this pavilion concert.
This month’s exhibition will feature artwork from Gail Panske, Joseph Prescher and the students of Billy Simms. The exhibits will stay until Aug. 5.
