Recently, Butler County has performed health inspections on five Oxford food facilities, World of Waffles, Ohana Island Grill, Starbucks at Bell Tower, the Dining Commons at Bell Tower and Aurora Blue farm.

World of Waffles, 102 Peabody Drive, received zero violations, continuing its streak of no violations  since at least 2020. Aurora Blue Farm, 5605 Taylor Road, also had zero violations.

Ohana Island Grill, 30 W. Walnut St, received six critical violations, for issues including improper use of gloves, a mold-like substance on the inside of the ice machine and food being held at improper temperature.

The Starbucks at Bell Tower, 401 E. High St., received zero critical violations and one non-critical violation. The non-critical violation was for food pans being stacked while still wet. The Bell Tower Dining Commons of the same address received three critical and one non-critical violation. Critical violations were for food not properly protected from contamination, knives with an accumulation of debris and a pot washer with incorrect temperature.
