Tickets for the Feb. 19 triennial Charter Day Ball hosted by Miami University are on sale for all Miami students, faculty, alumni and members of the Oxford community, according to a press release by the University.

The ball is a Miami University tradition dating back 60 years to commemorate the chartering of Miami University. The theme for the 2022 Charter Day Ball is “Masterpiece,” modeled loosely after the Met Gala of the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art.  

According to the press release, various entertainment groups will be showcased throughout the event to create “a unique atmosphere that celebrates art and fashion.” Tickets for students are priced at $30, while tickets for all other attendees are $40. The ball will be the evening of Saturday, Feb. 19 at Millett Hall, 500 E. Sycamore St.
