Zero Waste Oxford (ZWO) members will participate in their weekly trash clean-up of the Mile Square, 9:30 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 25, according to its page on The Hub.

Every Saturday, (weather permitting) members of the organization invite community members to meet at the seal on Academic Quad on Miami’s campus.

Club members review recycling rules together before walking uptown to split into smaller groups. Trash bags and gloves will be provided by ZWO.

ZWO is a student organization at Miami University with a mission to bring awareness to sustainably and zero waste efforts. It aims to educate Miami students and the greater Oxford community about the importance of waste reduction.
