The Miami Track and Field closes out its April schedule with The Clark Wood Invitational Friday, April 25. The last competition of this month is hosted by the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.
The invitational is at the Cardinal Track Stadium and starts with men’s events at 11 a.m., with the women’s events following at 1 p.m. After the weekend, the Miami Track and Field team will compete in two more invitationals before the Mid-American Conference (MAC) and NCAA track and field championships.
The team travels to Columbus, Ohio, May 2 to compete in the Jesse Owens Track Classic hosted by The Ohio State University. To finish the regular season, Miami Track and Field visits Bloomington, Indiana, for the Billy Hayes Invitational. The event, hosted by Indiana University, starts Friday, May 9.
Mid-American Conference (MAC) Championships start Thursday, May 15 in Athens, Ohio. Individuals qualifying for the NCAA Championships will travel to Jacksonville, Florida, at the end of May.
