
The McCullough-Hyde Women’s Giving Circle gave $35,000 in grants to seven community organizations that help support women and children in the Oxford area.
The Women’s Giving Circle met in February to read letters of intent and watch in person presentations from different organizations. After this meeting, it decided on which organizations to award the grants.
Within the Oxford community, four organizations received grants. College Corner Food Pantry received $5,000, and H.O.P.E.-ful Pastures, which serves Talawanda students, received $3,200, Hope’s Closet received $5,300, and PARACHUTE: Butler County CASA received $5,000. The organizations received $18,500 total.
