Professor Kenneth Elzinga will speak at Miami University for its annual Edwin M. Yamauchi Lecture.
Elzinga is currently a professor of economics at the University of Virginia.
This year’s lecture focuses on Christianity, capitalism and socialism. It is free and open to anyone who wants to attend.
The event will be held at 8 p.m. April 12 on Miami’s campus in room 152 of Shideler Hall.
Miami’s Department of History is sponsoring the event, while the following religious Oxford area organizations are co-sponsors:

According to the Oxford Bible Fellowship’s website, Elzinga will also preach at their church the next morning.
