The Talawanda Brave Track and Field team sent three distance runners and one pole vaulter to compete in the Ohio Association of Track and Cross Coaches (OATCCC) Ohio Division 2 State Championships at Spire Institute last weekend.
Senior Lucia Rodbro raced in the Girls 3200 Meters. She finished in fourth place out of 16 runners with a time of 11:01 (11 minutes, 1 second).
Both senior Max Bixler and junior Adrianna Luking competed in the 1600 Meters. Bixler earned fourth place with a time of 4:21 (4 minutes, 21 seconds). Luking also received fourth place finishing in just over five minutes with a time of 5:04 (5 minutes, 4 seconds)
Junior Nolan Hodgson competed in Pole Vault, finishing with a mark of 13-6.
