The Oxford Community Arts Center will host a screening of “Barbie” as part of its Free Movie Friday program at 7 p.m. Friday, March 7.
The film, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, was the highest grossing film of 2023, surpassing $1 billion at the box office, and was nominated for eight Academy Awards. Robbie stars as the titular doll who makes her way to the real world after becoming disillusioned with her life in Barbie Land.
Attendees are encouraged to wear pink and come with friends and family. Tickets are free, but require prior reservation due to limited space.
