The Oxford Citizens for Peace and Justice will host the Bread not Bombs Community Luncheon for the 38th year. The event will run from noon to 2 p.m., Nov. 2 at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church on 25. E Walnut St.
Guests will receive a meal of beans, rice and bread. The event will also have live music from the Pineridge Partners and Julie & Warren Waldron, as well as an awards ceremony. Miami University student Molly Duffy will receive an annual Peace and Justice Award, as well as awards for other members of Defending Democracy.
The event will have a market for holiday gifts and yard signs will be distributed.
Tickets cost $10, $5 for students and those with limited income and 12 and under eat free. No advance registration is needed.
