To get people in the Halloween spirit, Pyramid Hill is hosting an outdoor screening of “The Shining” from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27.
Horror fans are welcome to participate in themed activities inspired by the movie such as typewriter art and inflatable axe throwing. Guests are also invited to dress up as their favorite character and participate in a costume contest.
The program will be held outdoors and will take place under cover in the event of rain. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets to sit on. The event is free with general park admission, but pre-registration is required as lawn capacity is limited. For more information, visit the event page.
