Various community organizations and churches will host Halloween events throughout the week.
Oxford Bible Fellowship Church plans to host Trunk or Treat from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 30 at the Oxford Bible Fellowship Church.
All are welcomed to join the outreach opportunity. Participants get to decorate their own car trunks and pass out candy during the event.
The event is not only about passing out candy and dressing up in costumes. The Trunk or Treat event is an opportunity for the community to come together for fellowship, welcoming the Light and conversing.
Set up for the event will begin at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 30 and will conclude at 6:30 p.m. A competition will be held for the decorated car trunks and the winner will receive a “Best of Show” prize.
