The Oxford Police Department reported one domestic violence case, one warrant arrest and one criminal endangerment case in the report from the week of Oct. 14.
First, officers responded to a domestic violence in progress call. The report was made at 11:59 p.m. at Foxfire Drive on the night of Oct. 19. Victims stated the suspect threatened to harm them. Suspect was located and taken into custody without incident. He was processed and transported to the jail.
The warrant arrest was reported at 3 a.m. Oct. 19 in the College Corner Pike. During a traffic stop, the driver was determined to have an active arrest warrant. Located inside of the vehicle was a black box containing multiple baggies with unknown white crystalline substances. Substances were sent for lab testing, the driver was transported to Butler County Justice and cited accordingly for traffic violations.
Lastly, a criminal case of endangerment as a result of vandalism at 6:15 a.m. on Sycamore Street. A brick was thrown through the window to suite 8.
