Oxford City Councilor David Prytherch presented the city with a friendship plaque from its sister city, Differdange, Luxembourg, during Tuesday night’s City Council meeting. The plaque, which features a carved image of a tree, will hang in the city building, said Mayor Kate Rousmaniere.
