Between Nov. 22 and Dec. 1, the Butler County General Health District issued one violation and one food license.
On Nov. 22, a restaurant inspector visited Gobbler Chicken at 327 W. Spring St. The inspector approved the restaurant for a food license with no violations. Gobbler opened Nov. 27.
On Dec. 1, an inspector went to Miami University’s Market Street at MacCracken, located at 500 Center Drive. During the inspection, the inspector noted one critical violation and wrote that the hand-washing sink was also being used for thawing frozen food. The violation was corrected during the inspection.
