Uptown Oxford will transform into a book fair from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Aug. 4 with the “Books on the Bricks” Red Brick Friday event.
The event will include new and used book vendors and organizations, book-themed activities, live music and a spelling bee for all ages.
Backpacks and school supplies will be collected at the event to support the Kiwanis Back to School Bash.
The final Red Brick Friday event will be Streets & Eats from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sept. 1, featuring food trucks and vendors.
