The Oxford Observer will not publish next week, as our student reporters complete their final exams and join their families to graduate from Miami University.

However, we will return with our first summer issue May 19 with more local news, high school sports and events from the Oxford area.

The Oxford Observer has published continuously since 2018, taking the form of a capstone project for students studying for a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Best wishes to the seniors who reported for the Observer this year: Mary Anderson, Skyler Black, Ethan Burke, Patrick Geshan, Corbett Haase, Jillian Inks, Alex Lavine, Xingrui Lu, Edward Orzech, Viviana Selvaggi, Stone Shields and Enxun Zhu.
