Oxford Police responded to reported thefts, driving under the influence, a missing person and assaults during the week of April 10 to 17.

On April 11, officers responded to Talawanda High School. They found a juvenile advancing on the principal and arrested the juvenile on charges of assault and resisting arrest.

Police responded to five theft calls and one burglary call. A caller reported that her brother burglarized her home and fled. Police reported finding and arresting him after a foot chase.

On April 14, Police arrested a driver for driving under the influence. The driver had his child in the car and was arrested on a charge of endangering children.

A mother reported her adult son missing on April 10. The son is autistic and was entered into a state database as missing.  

A person called police April 14 because a known female had struck them in the face with brass knuckles. Police found the suspect at their home and arrested her.
