Miami University police responded to reports of sexual assault, hazing and possession of weapons over spring break.

On March 16, sex offenses were reported at Talawanda Hall and Hahne Hall. Both cases are still open. A voyeurism incident was also reported on March 17 at Emerson Hall. That case is considered closed.

On March 20, Sigma Pi fraternity was the site of a reported hazing incident. The case is considered closed and was referred to another law enforcement agency.

A Miami Inn resident was cited for drug, alcohol and weapon violations March 17. The drug violation is considered open while the other two were marked as “unfounded.” Another weapons violation was reported at Bishop Hall on the same day. That case is considered closed.
