Talawanda High School students will demonstrate a pumpkin-pitching catapult constructed as a study in physics at 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11 at TRI Community Center. Community members are welcome to bring pumpkins to launch. 

Organizers say there will be food trucks, barbecue and ice cream. The TRI Community Center is located at 6025 Fairfield Road, Oxford.
