The Miami University Police Department responded to more than 85 calls between Oct. 24 and Nov. 1, according to the MUPD call log.

The department received 23 calls regarding fire alarms, an increase from the prior week.

Hahne Hall’s fire alarm was set off three times over the past week. MUPD received two separate fire alarm calls this past week from Brandon Hall, Dennison Hall, Emerson Hall, Etheridge Hall, Hepburn  Hall and Morris Hall.

MUPD responded to 11 medical calls over the three-day Halloween weekend of Oct. 28 through Oct. 30. Other calls reported theft, alcohol violations and sexual offenses.
