Miami University Archivist Jacqueline Johnson answers the question “How Important Are Archives to a University?” 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, at the Miami University Art Museum.

The remarks will be made at the annual meeting for the art museum and McGuffey House. Johnson has published works on Freedom Summer and the history of Western College.

William Modrow, Head of Miami’s Special Collections, will also speak.

Light refreshments will be provided.
