Free showing of ‘La Dolce Vita’ Friday

The Oxford Community Arts Center will show the 1960 movie “La Dolce Vita” at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2, in the center’s theater.

Federico Fellini’s highly lauded black-and-white movie runs for two hours, 54 minutes and depicts seven days in reporter Marcello Rubini’s life in Rome. During these seven days, he spends time with movie stars and takes a memorable dip with one of them in the Trevi Fountain.

The movie is free. Popcorn and water will be sold before the performance. The center is located at 10 S. College Ave.
