Maya is a senior journalism and film studies major with a marketing minor. Currently, she serves as Editor-in-Chief for The Miami Student Magazine. In the past, she has written for UP Magazine, Miami's student-led lifestyle and fashion magazine. Outside of school, Maya plays on the Women's Club Lacrosse Team for Miami. She is from Washington D.C. and enjoys going on walks, traveling and cooking in her free time.
