The Oxford Bee Festival is set for 1-8 p.m. Saturday, April 12 located uptown.
A variety of entertainment options are confirmed for the event, including food and beverages, live music and photo opportunities.
Two bands will participate in the festival, with “Bee! The Band” performing from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and “King Bee & The Stingers” performing from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
During the event, attendees can watch local artists paint rain barrels at a live art installation, with a chance to win one of them through a raffle.
Festival participants have access to multiple food trucks, each with their own honey-themed menus.
The event also features a kids’ corner, where children are encouraged to take advantage of the activities provided such as face painting, putt-putt and inflatable games.
