The annual Chocolate Meltdown features an afternoon filled with everything chocolate-themed, from activities to tastings. Attendees can sample confections offered by local bakers and artisans with tasting tickets, explore art exhibits and enjoy outdoor activities like Giant Candyland and face painting. The event takes place from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at the Oxford Community Arts Center.
Admission to the event is free, but tasting tickets are available for purchase:
6 tickets for $5
12 tickets for $10
24 tickets for $20
Additional tickets are $1 each.
Proceeds from this event benefit the Richard and Carole Cocks Art Museum at Miami University and the Oxford Community Arts Center.

Chocolate Crawl: A newly added event on Jan. 10, where you and your friends or family can visit participating uptown businesses to enjoy treats and beverages.
Chocolate & Coffee Talk: Occurring the morning of Jan. 11, before the Chocolate Meltdown, at the Richard and Carole Cocks Art Museum. Join for a coffee and chocolate discussion.
