The Miami University Police Department took reports for 64 incidents between Nov. 6 and Nov. 12.
Miami police responded to 18 medical assists, five fire alarms, issued five verbal warnings for alcohol violations and made five welfare checks on campus.
Of the medical assists, three were from Anderson Hall and two from Etheridge Hall. All of the medical assists called to Anderson and Etheridge Hall were in the early morning hours. Reports came from other residence halls as well as Goggin Ice Center, Center Drive, and the Clinical Health Science and Wellness Building.
Miami police reported five alcohol violations from campus buildings. All resulted in verbal warnings. Police returned to Anderson Hall for two of the violations while Armstrong Student Center, Dennison Hall and Etheridge Hall all received one violation.
Police responded to five fire alarms throughout the week from Emerson, Hahne, Hamilton, Hepburn and Morris Halls.
The five welfare checks sent officers to Armstrong Student Center and various residence halls, including Anderson Hall.
At Yager Stadium on Nov. 8, police deployed a police dog in the later afternoon.
