Oxford’s uptown parks will turn into the German-inspired Oxtoberfest festival Oct. 14 from 1 to 8 p.m.
The event is free to enter and will offer activities throughout the day. Some of the festivities include live music, bounce houses for kids, local artisans and vendors, and traditional German foods and beer available for purchase.
Kid-oriented activities like pumpkin decorating will run from 1-6 p.m. while live music can be heard throughout the entire duration of the festival.
