Oxford Parks & Recreation delivers weekly workout sessions to the community

The Oxford Parks & Recreation Department hosts a.m. workout classes from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. each Monday and Wednesday through the end of the year, at the TRI Community Gym, 6025 Fairfield Road. The cost is $5 per person.

The Monday sessions are yoga exercises, taught by Jill Levenderis. The Wednesday sessions are cardio and strength exercises, taught by Lori Verst.

Masks will be required in the building, but not during the workouts. Social distancing measures will be in place. All fitness levels, ages 16 and older, are invited to participate.
