An officer from the Oxford Police Department will host a self-defense class from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. April 27 at Oxford Lane Library in the Havighurst Meeting Room.
This event is in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, according to the Lane Library website. Officer Brooke Hartwig will be leading the class.
Registration is required and will close 1:30 p.m. April 27. Anyone interested can register online.
