Oxford Community Arts Center will show “Madcap Puppets: When You Wish Upon a Fish” at 7 p.m. May 19. Tickets will be $7 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 and under.

The show, part of the Magic Carpet Family Performance series, engages the audience in helping puppets complete their unusual fairy tale, which includes a magical talking fish and a surprise ending.
